• Any recommendations, strategies, or guidance provided are based on professional judgment, industry best practices, and information made available to us at the time of engagement.
• Decisions and implementation of strategies remain the responsibility of the client organization.
• Waypoint Group will not be liable for business losses, missed opportunities, or other indirect consequences of decisions made based on our consulting services.

By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Waypoint Group provides professional advice, not assurances of performance, revenue, or business success.

6. Disclaimers

• Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Exceptions: You may pursue claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
